About the role:
As a Infant teaching and learning assistant, you will:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly for students with any additional needs.
* Help students achieve their learning and personal development goals.
* Support students during break and lunch times.
What we are looking for:
* A ‘full and relevant’ EYFS qualification at Level 3or above.
* previous experience working with children or in a school environment.
* A good understanding of early child development.
* A passion for working with children, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Follow safeguarding protocols and prioritise student safety.
