What you’ll be doing
You will work as part of a squad alongside our People Partners and Senior People Partners to deliver transformational People Change. We always manage Change with a strong ethic of care regardless of its size and complexity.

Additionally, you will support consultation activity such as tracking people data, consultation forms and managing change queries in line with business needs so we can service our customers effectively. In doing this you’ll be able to work with business leaders on job evaluations and role profile changes within our regulated environment.
Furthermore, you will investigate and respond to escalated queries from Ask HR/other People Function teams or our Unions, including queries linked to our NBS policies and employee contracts. These are likely to be complex queries that can require challenging and sensitive conversations with managers and employees as well as thorough research and investigation.

* Strong planning and organisational skills with significant experience of managing and prioritising workload to tight deadlines. You will be accustomed to juggling a number of demands and stakeholders simultaneously
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable sourcing, managing and maintaining sensitive data through Excel and PeopleCloud
* Experience supporting and ideally advising on People Change activity with experience in other People Function or Change Delivery teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner key stakeholders. You should be curious and able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively. This communication is often conducted in verbal format
* The ability to logically evaluate and apply judgement to situations, overcome challenges and provide solutions at pace. You will be able to think laterally about how to solve problems utilising your HR knowledge
