We operate a managed quality control process. This ensures that the products and service levels our customers receive are continuously maintained at an excellent level.
Our washroom services and products include hand dryers, clinical waste services, sanitary units, nappy waste services, washroom vending machines, industrial floor mats and more.
The Role:
Account Assistant plays a hands-on role in supporting day-to-day finance operations.
Key tasks include:
* Purchase ledger
* Sales ledger
* Bank reconciliation
* Month end & reporting
* Administrative & general finance support
The Person & Skills:
You will work within a small but very experienced and knowledgeable team, so you will need:
* Good numeracy and attention to detail
* Strong knowledge of Sage accounting software
* Basic understanding of UK accounting principles
* Confident using Microsoft packages in particular excel
* Communication skills for dealing with both customers and suppliers
The Package:
Your hours will be 9:00am pm, Monday – Thursday. Friday 9:00am – 16:00pm.
