Our client is seeking a dedicated professional with experience in servicing and repairing cars and light commercial vehicles to join a busy team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for executing MOTs along with a full range of services, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of quality and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct MOT tests in compliance with current regulations.
* Perform comprehensive servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out and provide clear communication to customers.
* Assist in ensuring the garage is clean, organised, and operating effectively.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex vehicle issues.
Ideal Candidate:
* Relevant qualifications in vehicle mechanics or engineering.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive environment.
* Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.
