An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Upton, Huntingdon area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
This special service provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting.
Your Key Duties
* Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well‑being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
* Assist with daily tasks, including all personal care assistance from supporting personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship.
* Encourage independence, well‑being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
* Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
* Have a genuine desire to care for others.
* A good team player.
* Driving Licence is desirable.

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.70 per hour (annual salary of GBP25,646.40 per annum). This permanent full‑time role is for 36 hours a week on a mix of shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
