Are you a recent Law graduate or an experienced paralegal with a background in commercial property? Our client, a well-regarded legal practice, is seeking a Legal Assistant to support a Fee Earner specialising in commercial property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the onboarding of new clients
* Conducting property searches and due diligence
* Drafting and amending legal documents
* Scheduling meetings and managing diaries
* Handling client enquiries and correspondence
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* A Law graduate or a paralegal with experience in commercial property
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
