With a focus on compliance, quality, and training, you will proactively manage recruitment and retention to build a high-quality, future-proof staff team, enabling service growth and excellence. You will work with an excellent team of managers.

* £31,490 per annum, with salary reviews in October.

Who you are:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a deputy manager or senior support worker, or at least 1 year as a Registered Manager.
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attentive listening skills.
* Experience supervising staff and efficiently deploying resources to meet service needs.
* Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop support and risk management plans.
* Open to continuous improvement, sharing best practices, and learning.
