Role Overview:
As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, working with class teachers, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Assisting with the planning and preparation of lessons and resources.
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
* Providing support for pupils\' emotional well-being and personal development.
* HLTA qualification/experience or equivalent (or willingness to work towards).
* Experience of working as a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of primary school curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Ability to support pupils\' with diverse learning needs, including SEND.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good understanding of child development and behaviour management strategies.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Understanding of safeguarding practices in schools.
* A positive, professional, and proactive attitude towards supporting pupils\' learning.
* Have a clear vision and strong commitment to a Christian education
