This Supply Support Staff role across Worksop is for you, if you have:
* A strong work ethic
* Strong organisation skills
* The ability to communicate well with pupils, staff and parents
* Confidence to use your initiative
* Previous experience supporting children in a classroom environment
* A qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a BA Hons Degree in Education (desirable)
* Creativity and innovative ideas to engage and motivate pupils
* The ability to effectively report and record pupil progress
* The ability to travel across Worksop and surrounding areas
Expectations of working as Supply Support Staff include:
* The ability to work to a flexible schedule
* Working hours between 8:15AM and 4:00PM
* Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Working in a 1:1 or group capacity
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies
* Adhering to behaviour policies
* Some knowledge of the National Curriculum
* Commitment to education and training
