Description
As a Telesales Administrator, you will be following up on leads and enquiries that come into the business, building excellent relationships, promoting the excellent product range the company offers, and booking appointments for field sales representatives to meet the organisation.
You will be prospecting for new business, generating your own leads and contacts to target, whilst updating and cleansing the database alongside administrative tasks.
Profile
1. Previous experience in telesales/contact centre or a business development role
2. Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
3. Able to overcome objections and challenges
4. A high level of drive and resilience
5. Excellent team player
