Technical Manager (Food Manufacturing) West London £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits If you’ve worked in technical/quality roles in food manufacturing and you’re ready to step up (or sideways, into something with more autonomy), this is a proper Technical Manager job. Not a glorified admin position. It’s with a long-established food manufacturer in the West London area. They’ve got multiple production sites, strong BRC and IFS credentials, and they’re serious about maintaining (and improving) them. You’d be leading the site’s technical agenda — food safety, quality systems, audits, spec management, training, complaints, you name it. You’ll need to have BRC audit experience, a HACCP Level 3+ qualification, and a strong understanding of food safety legislation. If you’ve got a decent handle on customer expectations and have led teams through audits without breaking into a cold sweat — you’re probably who I’m looking for. This role reports straight into senior management. So yes, you’ll need to be confident. But you’ll also have the backing to actually make a difference. Want to know more?
