Hybrid Working: a mix of working from home and from our office in Long Sutton, Somerset. Apart from our monthly in-person team meeting, everyone sets their own frequency for going into the office.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who shares our enthusiasm, loves to tell stories, and is hungry for results!

As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Contributing to strategic and creative campaign plans
2. Managing the delivery of campaigns and ensuring service agreements are met
3. Handling multiple clients and their scopes across our core sectors
4. Engaging in high-level client interactions to meet their needs
5. Managing and mentoring junior team members
6. Monitoring news for opportunities and creating stories that benefit our clients
7. Developing positive, long-lasting relationships with journalists and influencer colleagues
Successful applicants will:
1. Have several years of PR experience
2. Be proactive, collaborative, and creative
3. Possess a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
4. Be highly organized with excellent attention to detail
5. Have experience and/or passion for our core sectors
