The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded, relationship-first Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing client accounts. This isn't a new business hunting role - it's about becoming a trusted partner to the clients they already have, understanding their goals deeply, and identifying the right opportunities to grow those relationships over time.
You'll be the primary point of contact for your accounts, working closely with internal technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that genuinely fit client needs. If you're the kind of person who gets satisfaction from long-term relationships rather than quick wins, and you can hold your own in conversations with both business and technical stakeholders - this will suit you well.
