Reward Lead
Location: West Yorkshire – 2 days per week in the office
Salary £80,000 - £95,000
We are looking for an experienced Reward Lead to shape and deliver a competitive and modern total reward strategy across a large, diverse workforce
.
This role acts as the organisation’s subject matter expert on reward, covering pay structures, incentives, executive remuneration and benefits. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors, ensuring reward frameworks align with business strategy, market practice and governance requirements within a PLC environmen
t.
