HVAC Maintenance Engineer – Queen Mary University – Covering 3 sites only - up to 50K I am currently representing an excellent building services company who are in need of Semi Static HVAC & Refrigeration maintenance engineer to be operating across 3 campuses at the Queen Mary University in East London. As a company they are over 150 strong as a group with a mixture of engineers within different disciplines from heating, cooling, mechanical, electrical & General M&E maintenance. Site cluster: All sites are within 1 square mile of each other within Mile End/Whitechapel in London. In this role You will be looking after a cluster of sites carrying out visual checks, maintenance, service and reactive works on: VRV’s, VRF’s, Splits, Multi Splits, AHU’s, Chillers (if experienced with these) Ideal Candidate: Must be NVQ Level 2 Qualified in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration with FGAS 2709 Cat 1 certified as a minimum standard.
