Get out what you put in
As Events Assistant, you will work alongside our Marketing and Events Officer to organise our busy and popular calendar of webinars, events, conferences and podcasts. You will be required to research and prepare for these events, promote using online platforms and occasionally host our webinars. The role will also involve liaising with event staff and presenters, manage marketing materials for events, gather data and update the CRM database, work on various campaigns and social media projects, plus general admin tasks.

10. Confidence to host webinars and lead on the organisations of podcasts and face to face events
11. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
12. Managing the initial brief, print timelines and send out of marketing materials
13. A team player who understands the whole team responsibilities and your role within that
14. A background working with online platforms and understanding what it takes to organise an event would also be beneficial to the role
