Are you a driven procurement professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and making a real impact? We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to help source and manage the goods and services that keep our business running smoothly.
You’ll work across a wide range of indirect categories such as office supplies, IT equipment, travel, maintenance, and machine parts, partnering closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
This is a Specialist Professional level role, suited to someone who has developed strong procurement expertise through experience and education. You’ll be trusted to manage complex work with minimal supervision and have opportunities to influence outcomes and develop others.
📜What you’ll be doing

Managing the full procurement life cycle, from sourcing to supplier performance

Identifying and selecting the right suppliers to meet business needs
*
Negotiating pricing and commercial terms to deliver value
*
Raising and managing purchase orders and supporting contract administration
*
Managing supplier relationships and performance on an ongoing basis
*
Leading or supporting larger procurement projects with a high level of ownership
*
Coaching and supporting junior team members as needed
*
Applying category management principles to improve efficiency and outcomes
