In the Client Support Coordinator role, you will:
1. Manage a caseload of clients and provide tailored support using a coaching approach
2. Carry out assessments and develop individual action plans
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate services and resources
4. Maintain accurate records and monitor progress using a centralised system
5. Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
6. Participate in team meetings, events, and professional development opportunities
To be successful, you will need:
7. Experience in a client-facing, support, or coordination role, managing multiple priorities
8. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
10. Empathy, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
11. Confidence using IT, including MS Office, for record-keeping and reporting
What’s on offer:
12. Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
13. Salary starting from £25,951 per annum
14. Temporary – 12-month basis possibility of perm for the right person
15. Hybrid model - offices based in Rhyl
