What we are looking for:
1. Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment
2. City & Guilds /1or NVQ equivalent
3. A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
4. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
5. A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
