We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, and experience with CRM software. Fluency in English is essential. Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services effectively
* Identify and qualify sales opportunities through consultative conversations
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and update client information using Salesforce and other CRM software
* Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales deals
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs
* Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches
* Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives
* Complete bookings on training software platform.
* Take bookings for training over the telephone and give advice where needed.
Skills
* Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or related roles
* Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM software for managing customer interactions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching goals
* Organised, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously
* Ability to adapt messaging based on client requirements and feedback
