Are you a skilled Legal PA with a background in top-tier City or US law firms? Have you got experience supporting at a Partners in a fast-paced environment?
We're proud to be partnered with a prestigious US law firm that's known for its supportive culture and commitment to providing exceptional client care. They're currently seeking a proactive, robust, and pragmatic Legal PA to join their Corporate team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive diary and inbox management
* Supporting with travel arrangements
* Opening new clients and matters
* Handling billing and time recording
* Finance-related tasks
* Preparing and amending legal documents
* Client liaison
What we're looking for:
* 5 years minimum experience as a Legal PA in a top City or US law firm
* A positive, can-do attitude and a warm, professional manner
* Robust, resilient and able to take strong direction
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation abilities
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment
