PR Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized PR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of PR activations across various KONAMI divisions.
Job Description:
The PR Coordinator will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with media across consumer, industry, and other sectors. This includes writing and managing press releases and promotional copy, coordinating PR activity with regional and global teams and agencies to maximize coverage, organizing and assisting in PR at events, analyzing PR coverage and trends using media monitoring tools and providing insightful reports, assisting with product access and media distribution, developing key documents, including internal proposals and third-party briefing materials, and supporting ad-hoc PR tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience managing PR campaigns and working with external PR agencies.
* Strong relationships with gaming media, both online and print.
* Proficient in creating engaging content and managing media relations.
* Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Passionate about gaming and up to date with industry trends.
* Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
* Comfortable working independently, adhering to tight deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Knowledge of KONAMI's products, gaming, TCG, football, and Japanese culture is a plus but not required.
* Ability to travel when needed.
