Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to provide high-quality support to individuals within our care home. Duties
* Assist residents with daily activities such as meal times and personal care ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained.
* Support residents in adhering to personalised care plans, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, creating a positive environment.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems and documentation protocols.
* Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working within a care home is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to show empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a caring environment.
