Job Description:
Vickerstock is partnering with a major European manufacturing business to appoint a Purchasing Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in purchasing or supply chain management. Suitable for candidates with little to no experience, with a competitive starting salary up to £27,000, and potential to obtain a CIPS qualification after 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently.
2. Manage and resolve invoice queries promptly.
3. Generate and develop regular reports.
4. Administer supplier approvals and material code management.
5. Maintain and update pricing records accurately.
6. Process and report TSS customs declarations.
7. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and compiling local contracts and agreements.
8. Perform other purchasing-related duties as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role or relevant degree (Supply Chain, Economics, Accountancy, Finance).
* Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, V-lookups).
* SAP experience is desirable.
* Confident and effective communication skills.
