Role Summary

Totally Delicious Limited is looking for the perfect Marketing Administrator to join our busy and vibrant team.

We have 3 sites located at Trentham Gardens and seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented and this new role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Marketing by coordinating various projects and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for creativity, a "can do" attitude and have excellent communication skills. You must have a keen eye for detail with a proactive approach yet most importantly have the drive, passion and enthusiasm to really make a difference.

You will be responsible for enhancing our brand presence through effective communication and innovative marketing initiatives.

This is a hybrid role with occasional travel.

Duties

* Support the Marketing Team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and CRM systems alongside company databases.
* Co-ordinate the production of marketing materials including newsletters, social media content and brochures.
* Liaise with external vendors and suppliers as needed
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions
* Update and maintain the website content and social media platforms
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
* Support and assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Manage and optimise SEO efforts to improve online visibility.
* Maintain and update the company website.
* Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
* Conduct analysis using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Write compelling copy for various platforms, including email marketing, social media, and website content.
* Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B and/or Hospitality environment.
* A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Communications and related fields.
* Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, MS Office and Canva.
* Excellent analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, SEO and Digital platforms.
* Strong ideas and a flare for content creation.
* Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
