We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottingham to assist with the appointment of a Receptionist, on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £13.40 - £17.43 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
* Manage calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
* Maintain reception and meeting areas to a high standard.
* Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and support day-to-day operations.
* Provide administrative support across the team.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn bespoke IT systems.
* Professional attitude and appearance.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and deal with multiple issues regularly.
* Able to use own initiative and work independently.
