Job Description:
* Create and agree the annual service plan for each International Client
* Formulate and agree the renewal data gathering strategy and timeline
* Provide input into strategy meetings with clients, brokers, and insurers
* Work with insurers and broking teams to establish local and master policy requirements (limits, cover, nuances, where local policies are to be issued)
* Work with insurers to identify local nuances such as tariffs, wording restrictions, local retentions, etc.
* Agree or install KPIs with insurers regarding local policy and certificate issuance, premiums collection, and cash flow. Review post-renewal as part of stewardship meetings
* Input or produce premium allocations to ensure benchmarking with local norms and compliance with tariffs
* Agree network fees
* Communicate group programme to broker network and local client operations as required
* Manage insurer administration of local policies, including timely instructions to fronting companies, communication with clients, and monitoring issuance status
* Attend meetings with local brokers and clients on insurance issues as needed
Local Programme (stand-alone policies/compulsory covers):
* Communicate group risk purchasing philosophy to local brokers and clients
* Produce analysis reports of local policy summaries to ensure coverage compliance and adherence to group policies
* Work with clients and brokers to maximize WTW Global Network appointments on local lines
* Manage local broker service requirements with clients
General Advice
* Provide information on local insurance regulations, compulsory covers, and policies
* Advise colleagues, prospects, and clients on global programme operations
* Guide on insurer capabilities for global solutions
* Serve as a knowledge focal point on insurer international expertise and processes
