Honeycomb is recruiting for a Finance Administrator on a permanent, part‑time basis for a wholesale business located in Newtownards. The role is centred around various financial aspects, including bank reconciliations and processing payments alongside credit control.
Responsibilities
* Perform bank reconciliations
* Process payments and manage credit control activities
* Provide high‑level customer service and maintain customer accounts
Qualifications & Skills
* Administrative background, ideally within finance
* Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Outgoing and confident, capable of acting as a key team member
* Qualifications in finance or accounting are desirable
Benefits
Starting salary: £13.46 per hour. Working hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am‑5pm. Benefits package includes onsite facilities; specific details can be discussed during the interview.
