Allwyn operates the Three Lines of Defence Model. The Central Risk Team is a Second Line function supporting the First Line Risk Owners and business-embedded Functional Assurance teams with application of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the use of the AuditBoard Governance, Risk and Compliance system.
The purpose of the role is to support the Senior Risk Manager in maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and to assist the business with its application. A key requirement is to become the AuditBoard knowledge specialist, not only for Risks and Controls modules but also for "CrossComply," "ESG," and "Workstream" modules.
Enterprise Risk Management Framework
* Support the Head of ERM and Oversight and the Senior Risk Manager with the annual review of the Risk Management Policy.
* Support the annual review of Risk Management Processes.
* Advise Risk Owners and Functional Assurance Leads on applying the Policy and Process.
* Provide training to groups or individuals.
Risk Registers
* Assist the business with articulating and assessing risks and controls.
* Perform ad-hoc risk deep dives.
* Help the Compliance Analyst with the administration of the Control Self-Assessment process.
AuditBoard GRC System
* Become an expert user of all system modules.
* Administer risk processes on the system.
* Produce system-generated dashboards and reports.
* Collaborate with the business to identify opportunities to expand and champion system use.
Collaborative Working Relationships
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with the business, Functional Assurance Leads, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Compliance.
