Location: Crowborough, East Sussex
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum DOE

Hours: Full time 35 hours a week Monday- Friday
Our client is a dynamic and growing family run company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about accounts and eager to contribute to the success of the company.
Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the Finance Director in the preparation of monthly management accounts and other key financial reports.
2. Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
3. Managing credit control processes to ensure timely payments from customers.
4. Monitoring the accounts inbox, responding promptly to inquiries from customers and colleagues.
5. Preparing and processing payment runs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Assisting with preparations for financial audits, ensuring all documentation is in order.
7. Providing additional support to the Finance Director with various tasks as needed.
They are looking for a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar role and solid experience in credit control. Ideally you will be AAT qualified or similar.
