The successful candidate will work alongside key staff to monitor and record pupils' attendance. The role will involve recording pupil absence and daily contact with parents and staff. In addition, the post-holder will support and liaise closely with the Guidance Managers (Year Leaders) and the Senior Leadership Team on all matters relating to attendance.

Our Pastoral Team is central to the progress of all our pupils, and the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to work as a crucial part of a thriving and successful team, in a busy office environment focused on ensuring all pupils are safe, happy, and able to achieve their potential.
We are seeking a proactive individual with excellent IT skills, specifically in data processing and Office 365. Strong organisational skills, along with the ability to work to deadlines, are essential. Candidates should have a good level of literacy and numeracy (equivalent to at least a GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English) and excellent interpersonal skills.
