HR Employee Relations Advisor – Vertu Motors, East Midlands As one of the largest automotive retail groups in the UK, Vertu Motors is proud to represent over thirty of the World's most popular vehicle manufacturers from over 190 sites nationwide. Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for a HR Employee Relations Advisor to join our team. This role is to support our dealerships in the East Midlands area, a base will be provided at a local dealership however the role will involve travel, and overnight stays will be required at times. Key Responsibilities: Support Managers with all employee relations issues within your respective area of responsibility Attendance at disciplinary, grievance, appeals, welfare & capability meetings. Providing sound ER advice in line with company policies and employment legislation. Arranging hearings, sending out relevant letters and documentation. Providing comprehensive outcome letters on behalf of the operational teams. Assist with putting together employment tribunal information. Build strong and cohesive relationships with key stakeholders. Identify trends and offer proactive advice. Support with ad-hoc HR projects when required. Requirements: Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced organisation is essential. Multi-site experience is advantageous. Experience of managing high case load. (c25-40 cases). Able to make decisions at pace. Able to work autonomously and manage own workload. Sound knowledge of employment law. CIPD Level 3 or 5 advantageous Able to work under pressure and manage multiple cases independently. Confident communicating at all levels.
