This is a busy and varied role, and a great opportunity to lead the small team of Administrators / Customer Service Advisors, in a business that pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
Reporting into one of the Directors you will take responsibility for the following:
* Leading a small team, driving high performance
* Coaching the team
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Identifying areas for improvement in the administration and customer service processes
* Dealing with escalated customer issues
* Updating systems and records
* Managing diaries and arranging meetings/travel
