Who we are?
The ARGC clinic is one of the world's leading IVF clinics, delivering the UK's highest success rates per treatment cycle started for IVF and ICSI every year since 1995. We are a diverse multidisciplinary team of doctors, embryologists, nurses, and administrators, helping patients achieve their desired fertility outcomes.
What we're looking for?
We're looking for talented, dedicated, and passionate individuals to join our patient administration team. As a member of our team, you'll be working on the front-line with patients, supporting them hands-on, answering their questions and being their support during their fertility journey. We're looking for individuals with strong attention to detail as well as a passion for helping others and a keen interest in the fertility field. Friendly individuals with a positive, can-do attitude will do well in this role. As such, candidates with a background or experience in hospitality and/or customer service are preferred but not essential. Full-time roles are available only.
You will
You'll be working alongside doctors, nurses, and embryologists in true inter-disciplinary fashion. In this role, you'll also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring patient records are kept up-to-date and responding to patient requests by both telephone and email. You'll be interacting with patients daily, organising our workflows, and supporting our clinical staff as required.
Requirements?
We're looking for candidates with an undergraduate degree who are passionate about helping others.
Working as a close-knit team, we value candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy for others, as well as attention to detail. We'd hope you'd have a passion or curiosity for fertility, and a willingness to learn new skills. No previous knowledge or experience within the fertility field is required - we'll teach you all you need to know when you're here.
