🚗 Car Sales Executive – Main Dealership | Littlehampton 🚗
Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our high-performing main dealership in the Littlehampton area.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy, fast-paced environment where success is rewarded and earning potential is strong.

You’ll be joining a thriving dealership with an established customer base and strong footfall. Our current team of 3 Sales Executives consistently averages 25 car sales per week between them, giving you the platform to hit the ground running and earn from day one.
The Role:
* Selling both new and used vehicles
* Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
* Managing leads, enquiries, and showroom traffic
* Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets (150 units per year)
* Building long-term relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years’ car sales experience (essential)
* A confident, target-driven individual with a passion for sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A professional and customer-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer:
* £15,000 basic salary
* Realistic OTE £45,000 – £50,000+
* High-volume dealership with excellent earning potential
* Supportive and experienced team environment
Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
* Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm (1 in 4 rota)
