Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our friendly customer service team This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing, sales, and account management.

Role & Responsibilities

* Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone and by email with a calm, polite, and patient manner.
* Handling queries such as:
* Tracking lost/misdelivered parcels via the DPD system
* Rectifying order errors (customer or internal) quickly and efficiently
* Assisting with price queries, missing stock, out-of-stock updates, or wrong items sent/ordered
* Processing orders with speed and accuracy.
* Upselling and cross-selling on incoming calls – with a strong focus on product knowledge to recommend the right solutions.
* Working collaboratively with our small, supportive team while also managing your own workload independently.
* Managing your own accounts within two of our major dental groups:
* Making regular contact (every 4–6 weeks) with key people in each practice
* Growing sales across your accounts and supporting monthly/quarterly product campaigns
* Admin responsibilities, including processing emailed orders and supporting the transition to internal ordering systems.

Skills & Experience:

* Excellent customer service and phone skills.
* Calm, polite, and professional, even when dealing with challenges.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to upsell, link-sell, and confidently talk about our product range.
* A team player who works well with others but can also manage their own accounts independently.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage a personal diary of account activity.
