Content Executive
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Content Executive reporting into the Content Performance & Insights Manager you will be responsible for analysing the performance of our content through in-depth data analysis and insights.
You will play a critical role in optimising the performance of our casino games portfolio through identifying macro and micro trends and customer preference analysis.
You will utilise data-driven insights, industry knowledge, cross-functional workstreams and analytical tools to assess game performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive player engagement and revenue.
What you’ll do
1. Game Performance Analysis: Analyse the performance of casino games, including player engagement metrics, retention rates and profitability.
2. Data analysis: Managing day to day performance requests from across the UKI content team ensuring high quality insights are produced on time and to the highest standards
3. Monthly/weekly reporting:: Responsible for contributing and in some cases leading ongoing performance and insights - weekly, monthly & quarterly
4. Stakeholder management: Work closely with a range of stakeholders across multiple teams to support and drive content optimisation strategies.
How you’ll do it
5. Analytical skills: Experience in reporting tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker and Power BI.
6. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the casino gaming industry, including game mechanics, player behaviour, and market dynamics
7. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and findings to stakeholders at differing levels.
8. Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify and pursue opportunities in the space and capable of selling the potential internally.
