Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing, planning and delivering specialist palliative care with full autonomy
* Managing complex symptoms including pain, breathlessness, delirium and nausea
* Communicating sensitive, complex information with empathy to patients and families
* Home visiting service (car and driver provided)
Further details:
* Shift pattern: 10pm-7am, 7 days a week.
* Rate: £40-£45 per hr.
* Block bookings available (up to 3 months ahead)
* Weekly pay.
* Quick onboarding process (2 weeks)
* Paid induction.
What You'll Need
Essential:
* HCPC registered Paramedic
* Clinical experience in palliative settings
* Urgent and emergency background.
* Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning and management planning skills
* Excellent communication and ability to work flexibly within a multidisciplinary team
