Responsibilities: Supporting and mentoring new care workers out in the community Providing support with rostering Conducting care plan assessments for new customers Undertaking spot checks in the community On-call duties, including weekends You will be supporting vulnerable Customers in their own homes, and access to your own transport is essential. You will have experience and knowledge of supporting and caring for people. Ideally, you should have NVQ level 3 " Health and Social Care " and experience in managing others. You should be highly motivated and possess good written and verbal communication skills. Due to the nature of the job, car drivers are essential!
