The Technical Software Services team (TSS) is an integral part of Arup’s global Digital Technology Group (DTG) responsible for delivery and support of Information Technology across the firm. TSS is a global team of technical specialists for engineering design tools and platforms, predominantly in the Transport, Buildings, Water and Energy sectors. Collaborating closely with global business leaders, skills leaders, and service managers across the DTG, as well as the wider BIM and Automation teams, TSS ensures seamless integration and performance of our technical software solutions.

* As a Systems Analyst within the TSS team, specialising in BIM delivery, Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Common Data Environment (CDE) Services, you will implement, support, and maintain the infrastructure and applications crucial for the lifecycle management of project documents, models, and data. ISO 19650 is integral to project delivery.
* Key responsibilities include maintaining and managing our core AEC engineering application portfolios from Autodesk, Bentley, ESRI, and Trimble, with a specific focus on their integration between disciplines and defined EDMS and CDE solutions.
* Collaborate closely with engineers across the business to define needs and requirements, whilst working as part of a global team of technology specialists delivering solutions to the business.
* Innovation – work closely with vendors and technology providers to implement robust services within Arup that improve project delivery and align with business needs.

Is this role right for you?

* Prior working experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
* A good understanding of the design, implementation and operation of EDMS and CDE systems
* Strong communication skills and a flexible, adaptable approach to providing solutions that meet changing business requirements
* Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and other international industry standards
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and standards.
