About the Role: You will deliver engaging and well-structured Business Studies and Economics lessons, support students across varying abilities, and cultivate analytical thinking, financial awareness, and critical evaluation skills. Key Responsibilities: High-Quality Teaching: Deliver lessons in Business Studies and Economics following the school curriculum. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive environment. Assessment & Feedback: Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students. Curriculum Development: Contribute to enhancing Business and Economics resources. Collaborative Working: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals. To succeed as a Teacher of Business Studies / Economics, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge in both Business Studies and Economics. Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills. A commitment to inspiring young people and promoting high standards of learning. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
