Must have’s
* Previous experience within a Credit Control role
* Experience using Xero
* Strong communication skills with confidence chasing outstanding debt
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

* Experience within an SME environment
* Exposure to month end processes
* Confident using Excel for reporting and reconciliations
So, what will you be doing?
* Managing the end to end credit control process
* Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
* Maintaining and reviewing the aged debt ledger
* Resolving customer queries and discrepancies
* Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
* Supporting the wider finance team as required
Helpful extras
* 37.5 hours per week with flexibility for part time candidates
