My client is looking for a proactive HR Advisor for 3 months temporary assignment to support contracts, policies, and general HR administration. This role combines advisory work with hands-on tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Location: Hybrid – 2/3 days on site, Milton Keynes
Key Responsibilities:
Review and issue employment contracts, ensuring data accuracy and e-signatures.
Upload and maintain company policies; train and advise managers on updates.
Audit apprenticeship and training records; identify gaps.
Maintain HR folders and ensure all data is stored.
Support recruitment, on boarding, and general HR queries.Skills & Experience:
HR experience in a generalist or advisory role.
Knowledge of contracts, policies, and employment law.
Experience with HR systems (preferably CezanneHR).
