We are currently recruiting for AO for our client based in Lisnagelvin. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.
Start date: 27th Oct
Rate of pay: £13.75
Duration: 51 weeks
Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week
No holidays can be accommodated in the first 12 weeks of employment due to the training for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Officer you will be required to effectively manage resources and implement systems and measures to achieve efficiencies and value for money, to ensure the ongoing quality and accuracy of service delivery in universal credit, and to equally maintain standards of current benefit service delivery.
1. Duties include administrative duties,
2. Verifying customer identification,
3. Post duties,
4. Reception duties,
5. Completing face to face/phone interviews,
6. Providing digital assistance to customers,
7. Dealing with phone queries and other duties as required by line management.
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
8. five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.( Proof of certs required )
9. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
10. Excellent communication skills.
11. Proven ability to use own initiative.
