Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Lead the North American communications strategy and execution, working closely with the regional Executive leadership team and global leaders to ensure alignment with the overall global strategy.
* Drive the global corporate identity and strengthen the corporate brand within the region.
* Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights across the globe to shape and communicate the overall vision.
* Define and execute internal and external communications strategies.
* Create and manage an annual communications budget.
* Oversee internal communications related to corporate initiatives, content creation, intranet, social media, etc.
* Manage all public relations strategies and activities.
* Act as the primary spokesperson and media relations contact, ensuring positive relationships with journalists, industry analysts, and stakeholders.
* Manage marketing activities including global tradeshows, messaging, sales enablement, customer presentations, marketing collateral, and the corporate website.
* Support and promote communications related to global sustainability goals and initiatives.
