Responsibilities: Design, plan, and execute both qualitative and quantitative market research projects to address core business questions. Select appropriate research methodologies and techniques to meet defined business objectives. Develop research instruments, including screening tools, discussion guides, and survey questionnaires. Manage the end-to-end research process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Proactively scope and recommend research activities to anticipate future business needs. Manage and maintain the companys insight hub, ensuring it is up to date and utilized across the business. Manage the Independent Challenge Group and associated activities and logs. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sets to identify trends, customer needs, and actionable insights. Translate research findings into clear reports, presentations, and data visualizations. Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings to senior management and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify research needs. Manage relationships with external research agencies, overseeing briefing, contract negotiations, and quality deliverables. Champion a customer-centric and data-driven approach to build the profile of the research function.
