Overview
The Clinical Support Worker (Level 3) is a member of the care team who provides nursing care and interventions to a delegated patient caseload, assisting the Registered Nurse/Practitioners to deliver high quality and effective care.
Responsibilities
* Personal care or chaperone duties
* Support patients with bathing, toileting, dressing and meals
* Record patient information
* A range of delegated clinical care duties including dressings, medication administration
* Undertake and record patients' vital signs
* Escalate any concerns in observation or change in patient’s condition
* Enhanced observations
* Patient escort role

Requirements / Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to deliver high standards of care to patients and to treat all with dignity and respect
Additional Information
* Long days, early and late shifts are available at Conquest Hospital, Hastings, Eastbourne District General Hospital, Rye Memorial and Bexhill Hospital. Night shifts may also become available.
