We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accounts Administrator to join our Caseware team, supporting the Audit and Assurance department. This is a great entry point into accounting and audit, with full training provided.
This position is primarily based on standard working hours (Monday to Friday). However, occasional shift work from 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM may be required to support specific business needs or client deadlines.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to develop a career in accounting while working in a collaborative team environment.
Create and update financial statements using our dedicated accounts production software (CaseWare)
Manipulate and review data in Excel (using formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and other advanced features)
Verify financial information to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
6+ months of experience in a finance, business, or administrative position (preferred but not essential)
~ Understanding of basic accounting principles is an advantage, but full training will be provided
~ Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
~ This is an excellent opportunity to start or develop your career in accounting and audit. You will gain hands-on experience in financial statement preparation and have a clear pathway to progress within our Audit and Assurance practice.
