Case Administrator – Overview
Case Administrator works either Full Time or Part Time (0.5 FTE) and may be based at Queens Road Approved Premises or other approved premises. The role provides administrative support to probation officers, ensuring efficient case management and compliance with national standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all processes run efficiently and systems are maintained properly.
* Compile and prepare probation information for case files.
* Handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies and people on probation in a busy environment.
* Provide administrative support across a variety of settings including Accredited Programmes, Courts, Prisons, and Community Integration.

Compensation & Progression
* Starting salary: £24,549 (pro‑rata) with annual pay progression through a Competency Based Framework.
* Eligibility for pay band increases in line with Civil Service Pay guidance.
