A bit about the job You'll join our Global Corporate & Specialty (GCS) Data and AI team to transform our business through strong internal and external stakeholder partnerships to enable a market leading data-driven organisation that empowers our expert colleagues. You'll have experience of working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and seize opportunities to apply AI and solve real-world problems. You'll play a key part in shaping the future of GCS insurance through cutting-edge analytics, providing new data-driven insights and designing and delivering successful, productionised AI solutions that improve decision making for our stakeholders. Skills and experience we're looking for Experience using data to solve complex business problems and deliver practical outcomes Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to develop data-driven solutions Confidence engaging with stakeholders and clearly explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences Strong programming skills (e.g. Python, SQL, R) with experience building data science and AI models Experience mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative, supportive team environment, experience leading and supporting a small team desirable but not necessary.
